Returns Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us
Note: This right does not apply to certain products (see Section 3).
2. Our Returns Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend a tracked and insured service for your protection

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

Unwrapped or used mattresses or bedding

Made-to-order or customised items, including size or fabric customisations

Clearance or ex-display items marked as non-returnable

Products assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery
4. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within a reasonable time (typically up to 6 months), we’ll make it right by offering:

A repair, where possible

A replacement

A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
To help us resolve the matter quickly, please:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage

Provide photos or videos of the damage or fault

Please do not send returns to our registered office. This address is for written cancellations and formal correspondence only.

However, as an independent business, excessive or improper returns affect our ability to serve all customers well. We ask that all returns are made in good faith and in accordance with this policy.
